We are a Luton-based community organisation with a passion for bringing people together through sports and recreational activities. Founded in late 2023 by Hajar Hasan, our mission is to create welcoming, inclusive spaces where everyone feels supported while staying active and engaged. Whether you’re new to sports or seeking to connect with others in your community, we’re here to help you take the first step.
What We Do
At Project LCS, we offer a range of sports clubs tailored to both adults and children, ensuring something for everyone:
Adult Clubs
Our adult clubs operate on a flexible pay-as-you-go basis. Simply choose your preferred activity, book your spot for the week, and you’re all set! If spaces are full, you can request notifications when spots become available. For added convenience, you can also sign up for alerts about the next week’s registration, giving you priority access to secure your place. Payments are handled seamlessly, and we offer a full refund if you cancel before the payment deadline.
Children’s Clubs
For younger participants, we provide block booking options designed for consistency and structure. We also offer trial sessions, allowing your child to explore their interests before committing to a full programme.
Our Growth
Since our inception, Project LCS has grown to over 300 active members and counting. We’re committed to continuously improving and expanding our services to reach even more people in Luton. By fostering health, happiness, and inclusivity, we aim to build a thriving community through the power of sports and recreation.

Making a Difference
In mid-2024, we took a bold step toward community betterment by launching a petition to reopen the swimming pool at Denbigh High School—a much-needed facility for local residents. The petition received coverage in Luton Today News and continues to gain support as we work tirelessly to achieve this goal.
